Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of sales experience selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Demonstrable experience executing complex enterprise sales strategies in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML is required. Familiarity with solution-based selling, managing complex sales processes, and strong presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills are essential. The ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships, along with experience hitting multi-million dollar annual revenue targets, is also necessary. Employees must adhere to company confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will prospect for net new business and expand business with current customers, focusing on clients' requirements. Responsibilities include becoming an expert on Snowflake's product, conducting discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps to drive Snowflake solutions, qualifying prospects, and developing new sales opportunities. Key duties also include landing, adopting, expanding, and deepening sales opportunities within assigned accounts and achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing and executing regional sales plans. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance is expected.
