Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based, full-time, remote opportunity with residual income potential, ideal for individuals seeking control over their time and income.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door visits and engage with local businesses to present payment processing solutions.
  • Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining.
  • Close sales, earning activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.
  • Work independently with comprehensive support and training.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience preferred. Prior experience in door-to-door sales or merchant services is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Natural communicator, closer, resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a "hunter" mentality.
  • Comfortable with Face-to-Face Selling: Ability to engage directly with business owners.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver's License: Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance required.
  • Remote Work: Must have eligible working rights and be able to work in the field within your team region.
