Candidates must be geographically based in Singapore or open to Hong Kong, and ideally speak Mandarin to engage with Chinese customers. A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role is required, along with a proven track record in developing greenfield territories, executing full sales cycles, and adding new logos. Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction, and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with increasing responsibility are also necessary qualifications.
The Account Executive will grow and own a targeted account list, developing a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies. This role involves managing the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise, and meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets. Responsibilities also include continuously developing a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaboration with sales development representatives, and managing inbound prospects, as well as keeping the CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
