Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, the primary responsibility is to drive revenue within German-speaking markets, specifically the mid-market segment, by leading opportunities from demo to closing. This includes actively participating in responses to requests for proposals, growing a network of HR & training decision-makers, developing effective sales strategies to secure deals, and contributing to the overall German growth strategy and sales effort. The role also involves familiarizing oneself with 360Learning’s products and processes, performing onboarding activities, delivering product demonstrations, ensuring accurate reporting, and staying informed about market trends and competitors while consistently meeting quarterly targets and contributing to the organization’s knowledge base.
