Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of digital media sales experience, a passion for digital advertising, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience selling digital video, particularly with YouTube or broadcast video, is preferred, along with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market. Strong relationships with major agencies and direct client access, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities, are also required.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will prospect and grow revenue against a defined account list of Fortune 500 brands and their ad agencies, building deep client understanding and identifying revenue potential. You will develop and maintain client relationships, deliver holistic account coverage, meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals, provide sales activity reporting, and work with senior management on revenue forecasting and sales strategy. Furthermore, you will represent Zefr in the industry through conference attendance and actively engage with relevant organizations to increase brand awareness and generate leads, while also assisting in defining Zefr’s products to meet client needs and fostering strategic relationships with advertisers.
