  • Dutch speaking (required for Belgium role)
  • Ability to drive deals, manage key customer relationships, and close strategic opportunities with prospects
  • Skill in educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and onboarding companies’ key stakeholders
  • Understanding, embracing, and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method (Smart: leveraging relevant messaging and materials; Soft: defining high-touch strategy suited to each prospect)
  • Team player mindset: challenge and improve product, methods, strategy; get involved in projects and initiatives to grow customer base
