The Account Executive will be responsible for retaining 80% of the volume and revenue commitment forecast from corporate sales per shipper or customer. They will upsell and grow existing volume in their portfolio, ensure shipment handling needs are met, and familiarize themselves with the daily needs of assigned accounts. The role includes managing newly onboarded and existing accounts, maintaining positive relations, and ensuring responsiveness to communication channels. They will communicate SLA and SOPs to various business units, act as first-tier problem solvers, facilitate monthly business reviews, and collect payments while aligning with NV Finance.
