The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, specifically selling to mid-market and enterprise agencies within the Parks and Recreation industry. They should possess a strong understanding of Xplor's products, sales methodology, processes, and prospecting techniques. The ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage a sales pipeline, and conduct effective product demonstrations is crucial. Travel within the designated territory for in-person meetings is also a requirement.
The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This includes conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and closing new account acquisitions. The Account Executive will also manage their territory as the 'CEO', monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and representing the Xplor Recreation brand professionally.
