Requirements

  • 3+ years of smashing quota and experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong sales fundamentals (willing to be built upon)
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed outbound prospecting goals (PG)
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on technology and the climate regulation market
  • Comfortable in uncomfortable situations and able to make great decisions quickly
  • Experience in the sustainability/climate tech industry is a plus, but not required

  • Achieve ARR target of greater than $600K
  • Create sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Implement high standards of data hygiene and maintain an up-to-date CRM
