Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in digital, mobile, programmatic, or audience data advertising sales, with established relationships with media agencies or direct brands, particularly independent media agencies. Experience in a results-driven sales environment, specifically selling programmatic data or PMP deals, is required. Fluency in the ad/data tech sales landscape, including an understanding of DSPs, DMPs, and SSPs like TTD and DV360, is essential. Experience selling managed services to middle-market and independent agencies is also necessary, along with an interest in pioneering a rapidly evolving media category and the ability to effectively communicate and engage with prospects through presentations, phone, and email.
The Account Director will be responsible for generating new business revenue from top-tier agencies and brands by selling specialized data for digital media campaigns. This includes prospecting new business, presenting Audigent's solutions, and closing deals. They will also close leads from brands and agencies buying data through public platforms, upsell them to custom data purchases, and secure key accounts to expand market share. Collaboration with Audience Strategy, Curation, Strategic Accounts, and Marketing teams is expected to deliver custom media solutions and exceptional client service. The role also involves developing a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and industry trends.
