Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of proven track record selling solutions to enterprise clients, demonstrating strong sales skills and experience. They should be tech-savvy, data-minded, and naturally inquisitive, with prior senior-level sales experience. A strategic mindset and the ability to develop multi-year sales visions are also essential, along with the capacity to build strong executive relationships across various fields such as CIO, CTO, and CMO.
The Account Director will be responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of Adobe’s Digital Marketing product lines within the High Tech industry, focusing on developing long-term customer relationships and crafting strategic account plans. They will build relationships at all levels, particularly with c-suite executives, navigate the customer’s organization effectively, guide customers in successfully implementing Adobe solutions, and expand the value realized from those solutions. Additionally, they will proactively identify and achieve sales plans, serve as an innovative problem solver, communicate effectively with customers, articulate the Adobe story and value proposition, lead and orchestrate Adobe’s ecosystem and partners, manage large sales processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes and meet sales quotas.
