Experience with security-focused channel partners, a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, negotiation expertise, and proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and a Mac environment are essential. The ability to travel up to 30% of the time is also required.
The Account Director will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding existing customer relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring contract renewals. They will also be responsible for acquiring new clients by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This role involves developing and presenting proposals, leveraging market insights, collaborating with internal teams and channel partners, and executing go-to-market strategies. Accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking in Salesforce are also key duties.
