  • Understanding of the business of sport and how it provides brands a platform to reach and engage audiences
  • Strategically minded with ability to invest time understanding client’s business and solve challenges hands-on
  • Experience coordinating and guiding integrated multi-discipline agency teams to deliver creative solutions
  • High personal and team expectations, with ability to earn client trust quickly and become the ‘go-to’ person
  • Thrives in fast-paced, unpredictable environments; comfortable with change, quick decision-making, and guiding teams/clients to optimal outcomes
  • Multi-channel experience supporting fan engagement across fragmented media landscapes
  • Strength in direct-to-fan engagement, including relationship management and monetisation of fandom
  • Experience developing and implementing CRM strategies, leveraging first-party data for fan experiences and business results
  • Experience in multi-discipline agency teams as the ‘go-to’ for clients and internal teams
  • Specialism in customer/fan engagement (acquisition, in-life, retention)
  • Omni-channel thinker experienced in selling

Responsibilities

  • Work across motorsport accounts, including fan engagement and partnership activation
  • Play a pivotal role in coordinating and guiding an integrated Ogilvy team to deliver clever thinking and effective creative solutions
  • Responsible for key projects in 2025 and beyond
  • Earn client trust quickly to become the primary point of contact for projects
