Experience in selling complex solutions with longer sales cycles and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared goals is required. Demonstrated expertise in understanding the competitor landscape is also necessary.
The Account Director will be responsible for prospecting new and existing business, adopting a solutions selling approach, and expanding strategic customer relationships. They will develop and execute strategic business/account plans, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and accurately maintain sales records and forecasts. This role also involves gathering customer feedback to drive product changes and providing coaching to sales stakeholders.
