Responsibilities

Redefine the value/experience provided to customers (consumers, corporate clients, employees) and realize sustainable business growth through customer-centric transformation, leveraging deep industry knowledge
Collaborate with diverse talents and service lines across Song headquarters and Accenture to support end-to-end transformations, including front-stage (customer experience delivery) and back-stage (data, technology, organization, employee experience)
Serve as a counterpart to executive management in the assigned industry, covering front-stage transformations: new business strategy, brand strategy, marketing strategy, sales strategy, channel reform, customer experience reform
Define company's purpose/mission, clarify target customers and company value/brand, estimate market size, design consumer experiences, develop multi-channel communication plans, and plan/ideate new services/products beyond existing businesses
Drive back-stage transformations: operating model reforms including processes, data, technology, organization, employees; process reforms supporting front-stage experiences, HR/organizational change, data utilization/infrastructure strategy, customer-front technology transformation, governance reforms including resource allocation
Promote change management for diverse stakeholders, including employees, to execute transformations and customer experience reforms
