Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations (Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles)
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery (Seasonal Service & Engagement)
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor to enable a consistent guest experience (Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales)
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Support guest-first culture across the store
- Manage inventory and improve process efficiency
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Operate as Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, Tech, or Inbound (Stocking) roles
