The Opportunity

The Sales Representative, Nutrition, Primary Care is responsible for driving demand for Abbott's products and will be an essential team member, working autonomously most of the time.

Under the supervision and guidance of the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Representative, Nutrition, Primary Care will be responsible for sampling and presenting adult and pediatric products to healthcare professionals in the community setting (general practitioners, registered nurses, dietitians).

The Sales Representative, Nutrition, Primary Care plays a key role in ensuring customers are well-stocked with Abbott Nutrition samples and materials, and that customers understand how to use them.

The Sales Representative, Nutrition, Primary Care maintains records of samples distributed and sales activities in real-time (using Salesforce.com, pre- and post-visit data entry, maintaining a list of key healthcare professionals, etc.).

The Sales Representative, Nutrition, Primary Care prepares the business plan for their territory and ensures adequate analysis of key performance indicators for the territory, while effectively using dashboards to analyze progress and determine next steps.

The Sales Representative, Nutrition, Primary Care demonstrates the ability to sell to healthcare professionals.
