The Associate Account Executive must have a strong understanding of Baxter's product portfolio and a belief in the value and quality of their offerings. They should be comfortable on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with healthcare professionals. The role requires the ability to influence decision-making through consulting and sales efforts, including presentations and discussions about CAM products and reports. Experience in inventory management, staff training, and inservicing accounts on product application and usage is necessary. The position also requires developing effective routing strategies and taking ownership of business growth within an assigned customer base.
The Associate Account Executive will be responsible for daily interactions with existing Bardy customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth. They will provide in-servicing to accounts on the accurate use of products, services, and reports. The role involves protecting and growing business by ensuring existing customers continue to prescribe at the same or higher rates and identifying and winning new prescribers within established accounts. Responsibilities include understanding and explaining reports to physicians for optimal patient care, managing inventory for assigned accounts through ordering and regular auditing, conducting staff training, and selling the benefits of the CAM while differentiating from competitors. Additionally, the Associate AE will triage issues to Customer Experience regarding STATs, password resets, MTP processes, and other miscellaneous items, all under the mentorship of the Regional Sales Manager.
