Your Role at Baxter

As an Associate Account Executive, you will represent Baxter and our products with confidence, driven by your understanding of our portfolio and belief in its value to patients. You will build trust with customers, forming relationships and finding solutions to meet their needs. Your role involves being on location, interacting with doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions daily.

You are the primary connection to healthcare professionals, serving as the face and voice of our solutions. You will identify connections between teams and how they contribute to business results, sharing insights and feedback to validate priorities and advise on changes.

The Associate Account Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with specific existing customers, focusing on building relationships, driving sales growth, and providing in-service training on product usage, services, and reports. You will work under the mentorship of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to achieve company goals and objectives within your region.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for a subset of designated existing accounts, focusing on Primary Care and Value Based Care, for protect and grow activities.
    • Protect: Ensure existing accounts continue to prescribe the Bardy CAM patch at the same or higher rate monthly.
    • Grow: Identify and secure new prescribers within established accounts to drive incremental growth.
  • Influence decision-making through consulting and sales efforts, including presentations and discussions about CAM products and reports.
  • Understand and explain our reports, assisting physicians in optimizing their use in patient care.
  • Manage inventory for assigned accounts, including regular ordering and auditing.
  • Conduct staff training, including in-servicing on patch application and accurate use of BDX Connect.
  • Develop an effective routing plan to reach each account based on prescribing levels and frequency needed to maintain business.
  • Take ownership of business growth within your assigned customer base by selling the benefits of the CAM and differentiating from competitors.
  • Triage issues to Customer Experience regarding STATs, password resets, MTP processes, and other miscellaneous items.
