Requirements

  • Ability to contribute in one or more areas: economic impact analysis (assess customer journey improvements, size opportunities, help write business cases); experience design (run ethnographic interviews, journey diagnostics, build web/mobile app experiences, use Adobe XD for prototyping); analytics and benchmarking (use Adobe analytics dataset for comparisons and insights); experience architecture (assess technology landscape, data strategy, recommend solutions and integrations)

Responsibilities

  • Take part in multiple strategy engagements for senior customers, contributing to insights and recommendations
  • Perform economic impact analysis to assess revenue growth, cost reduction, and business value; size opportunities; help customers write business cases
  • Conduct experience design activities, including ethnographic interviews, journey diagnostics, building web/mobile experiences, and using Adobe XD for workshops, prototyping, and testing
  • Handle analytics and benchmarking using Adobe’s dataset to compare digital business performance and reveal insights for optimization
  • Perform experience architecture assessments of customers’ technology landscape and data strategy, recommending new solutions, integrations, and use cases
  • Collaborate to define Adobe’s industry perspective, author thought leadership assets for demand generation and field enablement, and inform product strategy
  • Collaborate on Adobe’s industry and partner strategy to deepen customer footprint, align internal and partner ecosystem, and coordinate go-to-market efforts
  • Develop as a customer and business leader by learning the Cloud business, networking across Adobe functions, rotating across DSG industry teams, and engaging with Center of Excellence teams
