Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity throughout the reporting lifecycle
  • Implement reporting and reconciliation workflows and document processes
  • Conduct experience studies and medical trend studies
  • Run queries and provide analysis to understand drivers (medical cost, utilization), including commentary and sensitivity modeling
  • Perform research and collection of data (data mining and reporting) for internal and external customers
  • Implement automation of manual reporting and analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement of data capabilities and quality of department analysis and reporting
