Proficient with SQL, including joins and temp tables

Responsibilities

Ensure data integrity throughout the reporting lifecycle
Implement reporting and reconciliation workflows and document processes
Conduct experience studies and medical trend studies
Run queries and provide analysis to understand drivers (medical cost, utilization), including commentary and sensitivity modeling
Perform research and collection of data (data mining and reporting) for internal and external customers
Implement automation of manual reporting and analysis
Drive continuous improvement of data capabilities and quality of department analysis and reporting
