  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree
  • Must be able to begin full time employment at a PIMCO office between January 2027 – August 2027
  • Must be enrolled at a university during the Fall 2026 semester (August 2026 – December 2026)
  • Have a minimum 3.2 cumulative collegiate grade point average on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) at an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Are business proficient in English

Responsibilities

  • Work within the Cash Desk team, managing cash, reporting client cash flows, providing internal cash forecasts in client accounts, mutual funds, and hedge funds, collaborating with Portfolio Management to cover projected overdrafts, and facilitating investment of excess cash into liquid securities, while interacting with portfolio managers, account managers, internal operations, clients, State Street IMS, and custodian banks
  • Work within the Middle Office team, managing and governing the key control environment supporting the day-to-day trade life cycle of the PIMCO Portfolio Management team, collaborating with internal teams (Portfolio Management, Trade Support, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Technology, State Street IMS) and external parties (broker dealers, custodian banks, third-party trading platforms)
  • Work within the Investment Operations team, focusing on new securities, emerging market capabilities, and FX execution (Investment Operations sub-team), and handling corporate actions (Corporate Actions sub-team)
