ZipCandidates should have at least 3 years of mid-market B2B solutioning experience in a fast-paced organization. Strong solution selling skills and excellent discovery skills are required, along with the ability to appeal and tailor messaging to cross-functional audiences. Knowledge of software integration principles, including iPaaS and APIs, is essential, as well as a strong solutioning mindset and troubleshooting skills. A self-starter who can quickly grasp new technology is preferred.
