A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field is required, along with a proven track record of successfully launching multiple complex products or systems. Additionally, candidates should have a history of success in attracting top talent and supporting engineers, as well as the ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
The Engineering Manager will build and manage teams of 10-15 engineers while attracting and hiring top talent. They will design and implement processes to enhance team productivity and agility. The role includes providing hands-on technical leadership in architecture, design, code reviews, quality assurance, and incident management, while ensuring enterprise-grade correctness, resiliency, availability, and scalability. Collaboration with Product Management, Design, and engineering counterparts to define the roadmap and drive execution toward clear objectives will also be essential.
