Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, preferably at a SaaS or consumer technology company. They must have experience shipping at least one full product or a significant feature as the lead designer. Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills are essential. Candidates should be empathetic champions for their work’s audience and customers, and demonstrate fluency in Figma and prototyping tools. An understanding of the technical limitations and workflow for building web interfaces and native mobile apps is also required.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will contribute strategic thinking to product features and roadmap. They will design highly intuitive products and features for complex workflows and own the overall user experience for a specific product area. The designer will collaborate closely with product and customer-facing teams to learn about users and design thoughtful solutions. They are expected to iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback and partner closely with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm, define, and implement new features and offerings. Participation in regular design reviews to gather feedback from the rest of the design team is also part of the role.
