Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience. They must demonstrate mastery of design tools, particularly those used for UI/UX design, and a strong understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 and Section 508.
Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in business development, consulting, or technical sales, with a strong understanding of modern software development and AI applications. HubSpot (or similar CRM) expertise and prior experience utilizing AI tools for business development, such as research and personalization, are also required.
