Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related discipline
3+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models
1+ year of experience developing products or functional prototypes using LLMs and RAG technologies
Expertise in generative AI frameworks such as GAN, GPT, and LangChain
Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for generative models
Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create design documents, technical reports, and presentations for varied audiences
Top Secret Clearance Required
Preferred: MS or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related discipline
Preferred: Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML workloads
Preferred: Familiarity with tools and practices for data engineering and data management
Preferred: Experience in short-release cycles and the full software lifecycle
Preferred: Experience with Agile development methodology (Scrum)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy generative AI systems tailored to meet customer missions
Develop end-to-end AI solutions, including problem definition, data preparations, model development, performance evaluation, and deployment
Continuously optimize the performance of models and systems through iterative improvements
Collaborate with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Architects, Product Designers, and Data Scientists to translate customer needs into scalable, mission-ready AI solutions
Conduct research and create prototypes to explore emerging AI technologies and innovative applications
Demonstrate excellence in Data Science and AI engineering, mentor juniors, and foster innovation
