Responsibilities

Work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate their potential product needs and make appropriate recommendations
Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions

Provide expert-level understanding of Comcast products and services for customers
Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information
