Responsibilities
Promote and sell Comcast products and services (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home) by knocking on every door within assigned territory
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Comcast products and thorough competitive knowledge
Effectively communicate with customers, develop rapport, evaluate needs, make recommendations, and explain products, pricing, and competitive advantages
Evaluate competitive offers and frame responses to highlight Comcast benefits
Create and execute turf management plans independently, using experience-based sales techniques
Meet and exceed sales goals established by local market
Independently establish and organize daily sales activities
Generate business through established and approved lead generation methods
Implement effective sales closing techniques to achieve product installation goals
Understand and apply Operating Principles
Own the customer experience, prioritizing customers and promoting products/services
