Responsibilities

  • Ownership and accountability for mobilisation, operation, and management of Landsec’s IWMS (PlanOn) and Smart Building platforms (Kode Labs)
  • Manage and configure IWMS & Smart Building platforms, including module configuration, collation/input/governance of data (space data including CAD, asset information, personnel details)
  • Create and maintain user profiles, functionality, task-specific interfaces, Planned Preventative Maintenance plans, scheduled tasks, and linked data
  • Upload documentation to support processes/procedures (e.g., Risk Assessments/Method Statements) and demonstrate regulatory/statutory compliance (e.g., Service Records, Testing Certificates)
  • Process system/data change requests
  • Produce reports and extract information as required
  • Assist with one-to-one and group training sessions for efficient staff use of the system
  • Assist in creation, publication, and maintenance of User Manuals
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing for business process or system functionality changes
  • Maintain understanding of integrations between other departmental IT systems and the platforms
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and propose system/process improvements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure systems deliver as required and to full potential
  • If access opened to customers, deliver professional, responsive, friendly service, listen to needs, and address feedback
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are in place before committing (financial aspects)
