Candidates should have 8+ years of Service Design experience with the ability to envision and inspire holistic customer-centric solutions. They must be comfortable and at ease in customer-facing meetings and workshops, with experience in conceptualization, design strategy, UX, and art direction of prototypes. A strong understanding of native mobile, web application, and responsive web design is required, along with a command of design basics like readability, iconography, color, and spatial relationships. Familiarity with collaboration, design, and prototyping tools such as Miro, Sketch & Figma, and strong storytelling and communication design skills are also necessary. Experience working in or with enterprise customers, on consumer digital products, product/business strategy, and hands-on experience with mobile, web application, and responsive web UX/UI design are considered nice-to-haves. An inspiring portfolio of insightful experiences or publicly available projects is required for consideration.
The UX Design Strategist will plan, facilitate, and co-deliver design thinking led engagements and workshops with customers and account teams. They will lead research activities and synthesis to understand the current state, and co-create future state solutions with customers and colleagues. This role involves transforming co-created future state narrative design into an experience, then enhancing and refining it through validation of design concepts. The strategist will articulate and logically communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, design impactful ways of relating ideas and concepts to executive audiences, and synthesize, create, and publish engagement stories and artifacts to share with the wider community and product teams.
