Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Interactive Design/UX, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in research, UX, and Product Design is required, along with demonstrated experience in design and front-end development for web-based media. Proficiency in designing for multiple devices and platforms (web, iOS, Android), experience with A/B and multivariate testing and optimization, and knowledge of Apple HIG and Android Material Design guidelines are essential. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across all facets of human-centered design and user experience, including UX strategy, interaction design, user research, prototyping, visual design, and user adoption, and the ability to integrate research, market trends, and competitive data into successful online experiences.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will promote design research and design thinking across the organization, translating business goals and user research into innovative, user-centric design solutions. Responsibilities include maximizing products by analyzing user engagement metrics and conducting A/B and multivariate testing, designing cohesive digital experiences across various customer touchpoints and platforms, and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other partners to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs. This role also involves creating prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively and staying updated on industry trends and best practices to integrate them into design processes.
