Experience translating style guides, UX best practices, user insights, and legal/compliance requirements into clear content is essential. Proficiency in collaborating with product designers, UX researchers, and product managers in an Agile environment, managing complex feedback, and defending content choices is also necessary.
The Senior UX Content Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional product teams, including designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers, to create clear, reasonable, and effective direct-to-consumer financial products. Responsibilities include planning and implementing content for user journeys across various channels such as emails, push notifications, marketing, customer support, and chatbots. The role also involves defining, developing, and documenting organizational tools and processes like style guides and content management systems. Key duties include co-designing experiences with product designers, ensuring content effectiveness, scalability, and compliance, and prioritizing usability and accessibility. The strategist will apply and maintain internal style guides, take ownership of content deliverables, create performance-driven content informed by data and research, and mentor other content designers to improve overall UX content quality and influence best practices.
