They should also have project leadership experience in support of analytic solutions, and demonstrate expertise in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet customer needs.
The Workday Student- Recruiting & Admissions Principal Consultant will execute day-to-day activities as a Workday consultant, serve as a functional expert with deep knowledge of Workday functionality, conduct sessions with customers to analyze requirements and provide solutions, develop solutions, reports, and dashboards, share product knowledge, support Workday Delivery Assurance Reviews, identify strategies and risks, provide subject matter expertise, support business development activities, and potentially travel on-site as needed.
