The Workday Pro Consultant - Compensation will provide expertise and guidance in implementing Workday's Advanced Compensation and Core HR modules, configuring compensation eligibility, rules, and plans across 25+ countries, ensuring the accuracy of compensation data, supporting compensation processes, collaborating with the HR team to enhance the user experience, defining requirements, implementing HRIS systems, developing training materials, assisting with compensation reporting and audits, and ensuring the accuracy of employee data as a single source of truth.
