Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 43 years of Workday functional implementation experience is required. Furthermore, 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Student, or Financial software is necessary, along with demonstrated functional experience in these areas. Experience with data conversion, data mining, and data loading is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Workday Data Senior Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems, guiding clients through implementation phases, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. They will design and generate data tracking tools, identify risks, coordinate cross-functional discussions, lead data migration, validate data loaded into Workday, mentor consultants, and actively participate in update training, while regularly engaging with clients and project teams to ensure a smooth transition to Workday solutions.
