Additionally, 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Student, or Financial software is necessary. Demonstrated functional experience in these areas, along with expertise in data conversion, data mining, and data loading, are essential qualifications.
The Workday Data Senior Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by guiding clients through Workday implementation phases, including transformation, implementation, and operation. They will design and generate data tracking tools and reports, identify strategies and risks, coordinate cross-functional discussions, and lead data validation efforts. The role involves mapping data sources into Workday, creating scripts for data transformation, troubleshooting load issues, mentoring consultants, and actively engaging with clients throughout the project lifecycle, while also performing multiple tasks under limited direction and fulfilling additional duties as assigned.
