Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation certification is mandatory, along with strong multitasking and analytical skills to effectively solve complex incidents and provide best practices.
The Workday Advanced Compensation Senior Principal Consultant will serve as an onshore lead, overseeing the Compensation workstream for assigned client accounts and executing various AMS methodologies. They will collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis, provide on-call support, and coordinate with stakeholders to create high-impact solutions. Responsibilities also include contributing to operational efficiency, proactively identifying reporting dashboards, working with clients to resolve issues, ensuring system design aligns with user needs, maintaining the Workday platform, and driving continual business process improvements while leading a team of consultants across multiple engagements.
