Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent experience, and require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation. Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation certification is mandatory, along with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

The Workday Advanced Compensation Senior Principal Consultant will serve as an onshore lead, overseeing the Compensation workstream for assigned accounts and executing various AMS methodologies. They will collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis, provide on-call support, maintain the Workday platform including reporting and data audits, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to operational efficiency while proactively identifying and developing reporting dashboards. The role also involves ensuring system design meets user needs, driving business process improvements, leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and delivering project deliverables on time.
