The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of six to eight years of experience in the full lifecycle of Workday Integrations is required, with deep expertise in Workday Studio, Connectors, RaaS, and integrations across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, ATS, Time Tracking, and internal IT systems. Proven ability to lead end-to-end development efforts, including experience with Workday PRISM and Agile methodologies, is necessary. Demonstrated success managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments, adhering to change management and SOX-compliant processes, along with a strong functional understanding of Workday, including security configuration, integration permissions, custom reporting, calculated fields, and AP, is also required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and the company cannot provide visa sponsorship.
The Workday Solutions Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations, custom reports, and technical configurations to support HR and Finance operations. This includes designing, building, and maintaining integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, RaaS, and Workday Prism, while monitoring integration health and resolving errors. The role involves developing and supporting custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reporting, and Prism Analytics, and performing end-to-end development activities such as requirements gathering, solution design, security configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation. Additionally, the developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot system issues, participate in system testing and release planning, and serve as a strategic advisor for project intake and continuous improvement.
