Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday HCM/Financials. They must be able to multitask and perform various duties, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, and possess good analytical abilities to solve complex incidents and provide best practices. Prior experience in Workday or other HCM ERP platforms, particularly around Benefits, Payroll, and Time tracking, is mandatory, along with a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer problems.

Responsibilities

The Workday Senior Manager - Global AMS will serve as a “go-to” practice leader, providing expert guidance and support to the Consulting management team, assisting the sales team with sales activities, and acting as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management. This role involves managing a team of managers and consultants, delivering managed services accounts, providing expertise around Workday best practices, facilitating project planning and execution, mentoring team members, contributing to billable delivery activities, and assisting with recruitment and development. Furthermore, the individual will support new business opportunities, contribute to RFP responses, review estimates and SOWs, and handle escalations related to resourcing or project concerns, while also promoting a team-oriented and innovative work environment.
