Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent experience. They should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday HCM, with Workday HCM certification being preferred. Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation certifications are considered a plus, and the ability to multitask and solve complex incidents with strong analytical skills is required.

Responsibilities

The Workday HCM Manager - Global AMS will serve as a “go-to” practice leader, providing expert guidance and development support to the Consulting management team. This role involves assisting the sales team with sales activities, working closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and leads to identify business needs, staffing projects, and ensure consultant work-life balance. The individual will manage a team of managers and consultants, deliver managed services accounts, provide expertise around Workday best practices, and facilitate project planning and execution. They will also contribute to billable delivery activities, mentor the team, support new business opportunities, assist with RFP responses, and contribute to practice building activities while addressing escalations and promoting a team-oriented environment.
