Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday HCM. A Workday HCM certification is preferred, and a Workday Compensation/Advanced Compensation certification is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to multitask and perform a variety of duties, and a willingness to go the extra mile to solve customer problems. Good analytical skills and the ability to solve complex incidents with suggestions and best practices are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Workday HCM Manager - Global AMS will provide expert guidance and development support to the Consulting management team, assisting the sales team with activities like orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOWs). This role involves identifying business needs, staffing projects, monitoring consultant work/life balance, managing a team of managers, functional consultants, and technical consultants (3-5 direct reports), facilitating project planning and execution, assisting in forecasting for project teams, serving as a mentor and coach for people development, contributing to billable delivery activities, supporting the RFP response process, reviewing estimates for sales opportunities and SOWs, attending Orals & prospect meetings, contributing to practice building activities, promoting a team-oriented work environment, establishing credibility with clients and within the company, assisting with escalations, mentoring the team, and contributing to new business opportunities within the assigned account.
