Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in HRIS application engineering, with a strong focus on Workday. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Workday integrations, tenant fixes, and enhancements is essential. Experience with absence management, tenant tuning, data integrity, and dashboard development within a Workday environment is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and business units.
The Senior HRIS Application Engineer will conduct regular audits of system security, access, permissions, and approvals, identify areas of improvement, and collaborate with the People Team and other groups to ensure expert use and management of data. They will respond to critical requests, create and manage reports and dashboards, develop audit processes and reports for compliance and data integrity, and configure and enhance business processes, integrations, and system-related governance. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring the Workday system, and deploying scalable solutions to meet the needs of the HR team and other business units.
