Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with current Workday HCM Certification with multiple domains, and a minimum of 9+ years of Workday HCM implementation or AMS experience. Experience handling multiple AMS engagements is preferred, and the ability to balance multiple project engagements simultaneously is required. Experience with Core HR and one or more of the following: Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and 3rd party Providers is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Workday HCM Functional Architect - Global AMS will lead multiple concurrent Workday HCM AMS engagements, resolve client requirements through tailored Workday HCM solutions, oversee all functional areas on assigned engagements, design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions, mentor junior project resources, serve as an advocate and escalation point, ensure cohesive structures and project communications, conduct internal Quality Assurance, assist engagement/project managers and team members, track teams’ performance, participate in the Workday Product Lead Program, attend regular Workday KSS calls, maintain Workday certifications, support Solution Architects with estimating projects, assist with Change Orders, and participate in Sales Orals meetings.
