Requirements

Candidates should hold an active Workday Certification with Workday Functional Supplemental Certification (Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation, etc.) preferred, possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation projects with direct client interaction, and demonstrate strong consulting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

The Workday HCM Consultant will serve as a Workday expert, recommending solutions based on client requirements and budget, supporting clients through all project phases, identifying strategies and risks, coordinating with project teams, providing status updates, mentoring other consultants, and sharing product knowledge. They will also engage with clients to gather business requirements, design, prototype, test, and implement Workday solutions to meet client needs.
