Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience leading a virtual team
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoys fast-paced work environments
  • Ability to work effectively within and across teams
  • Sales engagement experience (estimating and presenting to prospects)

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance, advice, and development support to the Consulting management team and team members
  • Support sales activities and RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work
  • Work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and leads
  • Act as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management
  • Assist in identifying business needs and staffing projects
  • Monitor and adjust consultant work-life balance
  • Provide oversight responsibility for projects across the practice
  • Assist Engagement Managers and team members in identifying project needs, reducing risk, and developing solutions and strategies
  • Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications
  • Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels
  • Establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; build consensus and achieve goals through influence
  • Serve as a mentor and coach
  • Analyze team skills and provide for cross-training to maintain teams’ ability to staff projects appropriately
  • Establish direct reports’ goals and objectives during the bi-annual review process
  • Direct the collection of performance feedback from customers and engagement/project managers on a quarterly basis or upon completion of a project for the entire team
