3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proven experience leading a virtual team
Fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoys fast-paced work environments
Ability to work effectively within and across teams
Sales engagement experience (estimating and presenting to prospects)

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance, advice, and development support to the Consulting management team and team members
Support sales activities and RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work
Work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and leads
Act as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management
Assist in identifying business needs and staffing projects
Monitor and adjust consultant work-life balance
Provide oversight responsibility for projects across the practice
Assist Engagement Managers and team members in identifying project needs, reducing risk, and developing solutions and strategies
Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications
Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels
Establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; build consensus and achieve goals through influence
Serve as a mentor and coach
Analyze team skills and provide for cross-training to maintain teams’ ability to staff projects appropriately
Establish direct reports’ goals and objectives during the bi-annual review process
Direct the collection of performance feedback from customers and engagement/project managers on a quarterly basis or upon completion of a project for the entire team
