Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance, advice, and development support to the Consulting management team and team members
Assist the sales team with sales activities such as orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW’s)
Work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads, acting as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management
Assist in identifying business needs, staffing projects, and ensuring work/life balance of consultants is monitored and adjusted
Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice
Oversee and assist Engagement Managers and team members to identify project needs, reduce risk, and develop solutions and strategies
Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work
Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications
Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels
Establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; build consensus and achieve goals through influence
Perform role of mentor and coach
Analyze team skills and provide cross-training to maintain teams’ ability to staff projects appropriately
Establish direct reports’ goals and objectives during the bi-annual review process
Direct the collection of performance feedback from customers and engagement/project managers on a quarterly basis or upon project completion for the entire team
