Responsibilities

  • Recherche und Beantwortung von Rechtsfragen unter anderem aus dem internationalen Wirtschaftsrecht, Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht, Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz, Wettbewerbsrecht, allgemeinen Zivilrecht, Datenschutzrecht und EU-Recht
  • Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung bei der Überprüfung, Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Verträgen
  • Eigenständige Beratung von internen Mandanten und Koordinierung von Projekten
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben und dem internen Legal Entity Management
  • Aktualisierung eines internen Newsletters über aktuelle juristische Praxisfragen und Entwicklungen
