Law student from a nationally-accredited US law school
Live in a state where GoFundMe is authorized to hire employees (recruiter will inform eligible states)
Good judgment, strong ethics, and a kind heart
Confident self-starter
Independent worker, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and effectively
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements
Development of templates, policies, procedures, and other aspects of legal operations
Dispute resolution and litigation
Identifying legal and business risks and providing strategic, practical, and creative legal and business advice
A variety of projects as needed, including corporate governance, IP, marketing reviews, data privacy, product counseling, employment, and more
