Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as drilling supervisor or Integrated Service
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and excellent all-round communication skills
  • Ability to travel at short notice and work away from home for periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Providing support, mentoring, supervision, and guidance to Field Engineers to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed
  • Managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects for customers
  • Supporting external customers and cross-functional teams at wellsite to provide technical knowledge and direction as needed
  • Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at wellsite
  • Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives
