Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
5 to 10 years of experience as drilling supervisor or Integrated Service
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
Excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
Fluent in English (oral and written) and excellent all-round communication skills
Ability to travel at short notice and work away from home for periods of time

Responsibilities

Providing support, mentoring, supervision, and guidance to Field Engineers to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed
Managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects for customers
Supporting external customers and cross-functional teams at wellsite to provide technical knowledge and direction as needed
Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at wellsite
Ensuring work is verified to enable successful customer delivery and sign-off of agreed work objectives
